THE MINE IS BEING ABANDONED AND EQUIPMENT IS BEING REMOVED. A STACK OF CONVEYOR PANS IN PLACE TO BE MOVED SHIFTED AND THE TOP PAN FELL ON VICTIMS ANKLE AND FOOT. SOLAR FUEL CO. WAS NOT NOTIFIE D OF THE INJURY UNTIL MORNING OF 12483 AT WHICH TIME INVESTIGATION BEGAN.
