MINER A WAS HOLDING AUGER SHAFT OF THE BUG DUSTER ON CUTTING MACHINE IN PLACE SO IT COULD BE SLIDE IN PLACE IN A CYLINDER WHICH IT GOES MINER B WHICH WAS HELPING REPAIR PULLED THE SHAFT THR OUGH THE CYLINDER MINER A FINGERS WERE CAUGHT BETWEEN AUGER SHAFT AND CYCLINDER WHICH CUT TO FIRST JOINT ON LITTLE FINGER OF LEFT HAND OFF AND RING FINGER WAS CUT ALSO
