Employee was visually inspecting the SHM and came in contact with the reel assembly on the machine. Injury to head and laceration to right ear.
PIA Company, Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object
While repairing an auger, the auger shifted and caught the employee's right ring and middle fingers between auger and auger housing. This resulted in both fingers being broken with hairline fractures.
