LOOSE MATERIAL FELL FROM HIGHWALL INTO BODY OF BACK DUMP BACKED UP NEAR WALL READY TO BE LOADED BY HYDRAULIC SHOVEL.THE IMPACT OF THE MATERIAL WAS SUBSTANTIAL ENOUGHT TO BREAK LOOSE RIGHT SID E MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION MOUNTS OF THE TRUCK AND TO SEND DRIVERS KNEES INTO THE STEERING WHEEL.LAY OFF 7-10-85.
