At about 10:30am ee stated that a small piece of draw rock pushed him to the ground and hurt his neck and back. He said he was not and could not go to the emergency room. After driving his self home he called me and said his doctor said he could go.

Roof fall occurred approx. 3,000 feet outby 002 mmu in #6 entry approx. 10 ft inby 34 spad about 100 feet long, in length 20 feet wide about 8' thick 36 inch resin bolts and cribs was the support in this area.
