EMPLOYEE WAS TRAMMING MINE BUGGY DOWN THE BELT LINE WHEN IT SUDDENLY STOPPED RUNNING. HE BEGAN TO WORK ON THE DIRECTIONAL SWITCH WHEN THE BUGGY JUMPED IN REVERSE, THEREFORE PUSHING EMPLOYEE'S HEAD BETWEEN HIS SHOULDER.
