FALL OF ROOF STARTED APPROX 30' INBY 15 CROSSCUT IN 6 ENTRY 5 LEFT SECTION LMMU 002-0. FALL CONTINUED TO APPROX 20' INBY 16 CROSSCUT IN 6 ENTRY. FALL MEASURES APPROX 90'L, 17'W, 7'H. ORIGINAL SUPPORTS WERE 4' & 6' RESIN BOLTS. WATER IS STILL COMING OUT OF ROOF.
FALL OF ROOF WAS DISCOVERED ON PRE-SHIFT. FALL IS IN #7 ENTRY 14 BLOCK SECTION MMU 002-0. NO EQUIPMENT OR PEOPLE INJURED. FALL HAS BEEN DANGERED OFF. FALL MEASURES 14 X 15 X 6' HIGH LOTS OF WA TER COMMING THROUGH THE ROOF.
FALL OF ROOF WAS DISCOVERED ON SECTION PRE SHIFTEXAMINATION. THE FALL IS IN 7 ENTRY 13 X CUT OF 5 LEFT SECTION MMU 002-0. NO EQUIPMENT OR PEOPLEINJURED. AIR FLOW MAY HAVE A SLIGHT DECREASE. FA LL HAS BEEN DANGERED OFF AND MSHA NOTIFIED. FALLMEASURES APPROX 16' X 16' X 7' HIGH. PREVIOUS SUPPORT WAS 4' AND 6' RESIN BOLTS.

FALL MEASURED APPROX. 18' WIDE BY 30' LONG BY 10' HIGH AT 13 BLOCK, 6 ENTRY OF THE 4 LEFT 6 BUTT WEST PANEL.
