INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING END OF A PC OF STEEL (THAT WAS SECURED IN A VICE) WITH A PAIR OF CHANNEL LOCK PLIERS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS GRINDING ON THE PIECE OF STEEL WITH A PORTABLE GRINDER DU RING THE PROCESS THE GRINDER KICKED BACK AND HIT THE INJUREDS RIGHT FOREFINGER RESULTING IN A LACERATION REQUIRING STITCHES
