WHILE RUNNING A BATCH OF FIBERCRETE, THE EMPLOYEE DECIDED TO CHECK THE SHUMP. HE FORGOT TO TURN OFF THE BATCH PADDLES TO GRAB A SAMPLE THUS HIS HAND GOT CUT DUE TO THE WIPERS PINCHING HIS HAND BETWEEN THE TANK AND WIPER BLADES.
