EE was attempting to reposition a metal section of the vent tubing so that the tube mated better with the section already mounted in the back. EE was wearing belt & lanyard but when attempted to reach a clamp he loosen his lanyard & he stepped on the rail to reach the clamp; when he reached the clamp & cable, the tubing gave away & fell. The EE fell on vent tubing and then ground.

When cleaning product chute for maintenance/ repair frozen material slid down and hit left knee. Follow up doctor visit (6-17-04) EE stated that knee still hurt.
HE WAS DRIVING TO GET RELOADED AND HIT A HOLE INTHE GROUND AND HIS BACK GOT HURT.
