HE WAS CHANGING SCREENS IN THE UNIT AND A PIECE OF STEEL DROPPED AND HIT HIM IN THE HEAD. HE WENT TO MERCY HEALTH. THEY STOPPED THE BLEEDING. HE DID NOT REQUIRE ANY STITCHES. THEY USED THE MEDICAL GLUE TO CLOSE THE WOUND. THEY ALSO PERFORMED A HEAD CT WHICH CAME BACK NORMAL. HE DID NOT LOSE ANY WORK TIME.
Changing screens in a screening plant. He threw the old screen into a bucket of a loader and it got caught on his glove. It slid down his leg and cut through his pants and cut his leg. He went to Mercy Clinic East, Janesville and received 9 stitches.
