Operator was backing up an incline with bucket raised too high with material, the skid steer tipped over. EE hit with their legs causing cuts on EE's shins. A co-worker helped EE right the machine. EE treated the wounds and took EE to the ER where EE received three stitches in each leg. The employee is expected to return to work next week.

Miner slipped and fell backwards while pulling cord to dismantle conveyor for maintenance, resulting in a sprained/strained lower back. Supervisor took Miner directly to urgent care. Miner will need Doctor's release to return to work.
