Within pit boundries- First loader operator runs into second loader operator causing injury to second loader operator. Injuries to second loader operator are stiff neck, sore back, bruised shoulder. No equipment damage.
Soldier/Employee was attempting to dislodge rock in the surge bin hopper. The equipment was not running and properly locked out. When the rock was dislodged, the rock from the surge bin slid down on the soldier's knee.
