EMPLOYEE REACHED UNDER GUARD AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO TURN, BY HAND, VIBRATING SCREEN ECCENTRIC (PULLING V-BELS). SCREEN WAS NOT RUNNING. ECCENTRICS ROTATED DOWNWARD CAUSING V-BELTS TO TURN QUICK LY, CATCHING HIS LITTLE FINGER AND RING FINGER ON RIGHT HAND.
