EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON A TEMPORARY WORK PLATFORM ASSISTING IN DISASSEMBLY OF IMPACT CRUSHER. WHILE APPLYING LEVERAGE ON A LARGE WRENCH HE STEPPED BACKWARDS, A PLANK TILTED AND HE FELL SIDEWA YS APPROX. 30" AND CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE CRUSHER FRAME. INJURY DID NOT BECOME APPARENT TO EMPLOYEE UNTIL 6/29/88.
