EMPLOYEE HAD BEEN INSTALLING LABORATORY PULVERIZER WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE UPON PUTTING THE NUTS ON BOLTS SECURING IT TO THE FLOOR THE EMPLOYEE STOOD AND FELT IN LOWER BACK. HE STATED HE HAD PREVIOUS BACK PROBLEMS.
