WHILE BUILDING A BERM, EE WAS DUMPING A LOAD OF DIRT. HALF THE LOAD CAME OUT OF DUMP BOX, THE OTHER HALF STAYED IN BOX CAUSING THE TRUCK TO BE OFF BALANCE AND OVERTURN.
