I.NAME HAD STOPPED HIS TRUCK TO TALK TO ANOTHER TRUCK DRIVER AFTER TALKING TO THE OTHER DRIVER HE CLIMBED BACK ONTO HIS TRUCK AND SLIPPED ON THE DECK TWISTING HIS KNEE HE CONTINUED TO WORK T HE ENTIRE SHIFT AND DID NOT INFORM MANAGEMENT OF THE INCIDENT TILL NEXT MORNING BY TELEPHONE ILNNAME ALSO STATED THAT HE HAD KNEE PROBLEMS FOR THE PAST SEVERRAL YEARS
