A PICE OF ROCK WAS CAUGHT IN THE JAWS OF THE PRIMARY CRUSHER WHICH EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO PRY LOOSE,USING A WEDGE ATTACHED TO A METAL CHAIN.THE WEDGE GOT PULLED IN THE JAW CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE S LEFT AHND TO BE PRESSED HARD AGINST THE EDGE OF THE PLATFORM RAILING WHERE HE WAS STANDING,RESULTING IN DEEP CUTS ON TWO FINGERS OF HIS LEFT AHND.
