While replacing parts, the person who was injured was holding up a cylinder frame. The cylinder was only connected at the base of the frame and when it was lifted, rotated down injuring a finger.

EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING IN THE SAND BESIDE THE BULK LOADER. THE SAND SHIFTED UNDER HIS FEET CAUSING HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE. HE FELL DOWN AND LANDED ON HIS RIGHT FOOT. THIS CAUSED A SPRAIN.
