The Employee was opening a lower compartment door which had ice built up around it. When the door was pulled free the employee lost their balance and fell backwards onto the train tracks. The employee finished their shift, then went to the hospital at 10:00pm that night.
Employee was using a grinder on a handrail, when the grinder caught and was jerked out of the employee's hand. The grinder fell and struck the employee's left boot where it cut through the boot and into the foot.
A roofing contractor was in the process of installing new sheet metal at the plant, when the sheet of metal they were holding slipped in their hands cutting through the leather gloves they were wearing. The sheet metal cut the contractors left thumb resulting in stitches.
Employee was working on an overhead conveyor belt when a large amount of dirt and debris fell from the ledge causing left eye irritation. The eye was rinsed out, but after a couple days the employee was still experiencing issues and consulted an eye doctor.

While cleaning the plant at the end of the shift the employee struck their elbow on an elevator, the elbow became swollen and needed to be checked out.
The employee had been in a sitting position for roughly five minutes, when they stood straight up and immediately experienced a sharp pain in their lower left back. The employee could not stand straight afterwards, without continually experiencing pain.
The employee was installing heater pipes when they struck their shoulder against an upright pipe flange. The employee went to the doctor a couple weeks later due to the pain they were experiencing, and on 12/27/2018, quit working.
Employee was operating a scraper stripping overburden, when the scraper seat bottomed out during a bump and an injury to the groin occurred. The Employee noticed the pain, but did not think it was report able at the time. After a couple days the worsening of the condition led the employee to contact the supervisor on 7/7/2018.
A maintenance employee with 9 years total mining experience was attempting to cut a rubber hose with a utility knife, when the knife slipped and the employee cut the top of the left thumb near where the joint meets the hand. The cut resulted in 4 stitches to close the wound.
Employee was barring mud out of a dryer conveyor belt tail roll. The bar slipped in the employee's hands, crushing the pinky finger on the right hand between the bar and the tail roll housing.
The employee was performing the duties of sanding the railroad tracks to aid traction for both the loader and rail car traffic in the area. The employee slipped on the packed snow while walking and attempted to arrest the fall with their right hand, feeling a sharp pain. an x-ray confirmed that the right wrist had been fractured

On 7/19/2018 the employee went to the doctor and had an x-ray performed, which revealed a sliver of metal embedded in the thigh that had to be surgically removed.
Employee was driving a field tractor when the right tire smacked into a concrete barrier employee headbutted the steering wheel getting a cut on forehead

EE was picking up a Drive shaft to a slicer and when he put it down said he felt a sharp pain in his arm and shoulder.

Sometime during the weekend either on the 26th or 27th or Glenrock plant caught fire and did significant damage to the interior of the structure.

Employee was grabbing a 50 lb bag to weigh when his left index finger got stuck in a metal conveyor. He was treated at the WMC and received 5 stitches and released.
EE was trying to remove a Stuck bag from a conveyor. when his hand got wedged in-between the conveyor and the Rolled. EE was treated at WMC and released with minor scrapes
Employee was checking and changing pins in a pin mill that was locked out. He rotated the drum by hand and caught his right between a pin and the pin mill top side-wall edge. X-rays at the hospital revealed his hand was broken in a couple of places. He is scheduled to see a surgeon soon for plan of action.
Employee Threw his back out stacking bags. Felt spasms in lower back, Lost most function in his left arm from pain in the back. Is receiving chiropractic treatments and has not missed any time off from work.
EE stepped out of truck, took a few steps toward the shop when he slipped on snow/ice which caused his left leg to buckle beneath him. He sustained a torn patella tendon which required surgery on 1/3/2014.
