Ee was preparing to tighten belts on dust collector fan motor. Belts were still moving after he de-energized, but he did not wait for motor to stop moving.
EE WAS STARTING TO GET IN ENDLOADER, HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE FELL ON HIS LOWER BACK. IT HAD JUST STARTED RAINING.
INJURED PARTY WAS UNDER A TRAILER. WHEN HE CAME OUT FROM UNDER THE TRAILER HE HIT HIS HEAD ON THE FENDER.
