EE was holding a drift pin for other ee while changing a pipper tip on the dozer. the hammer bounced off the pin and hit him in the left thumb.
Ee went into the sand hopper under the screen to do clean up. He was in the hopper for about 10 minutes when co-worker turned the sand belt on to clean out the last of the sand. Ee was tumbled around in the hopper then shot out onto the ground.
