Miner was using a porta power on a crusher when the quick connect hose came off and struck miner in the face. Caused lacerations to lip area and fractured cheekbone.
Died from Heart Attack
Drilling, standing in overburden (mud), tried to move, right foot became struck, heard a pop in leg/hip.
