HE CAUGHT HIS TOE ON SOMETHING IN THE TRUCK AS HE WAS GETTING OUT AND LOST HIS BALANCE. HE GRABBED FOR THE DOOR AND HE MISSED THE STEP ON THE TRUCK AND HE HAD A COUPLE OF VERTABRA THAT SLIPPED OUT. HE HAD THEM PUT BACK IN AND RETURNED TO WORK 6/ /93.
