Is thought employee became overheated/dehydrated-passed out when standing fully upright. Was wearing fleece lined pants/sweatshirt on warm afternoon-75 degrees. Employee lost consciousness very briefly. An employee working w/EE witnessed all & immediately ran over/EE was conscious responsive when the other employee reached EE. When lost consciousness, fell & hit head on the ground.

MINER WAS PRONOUNCED DE AD ON SITE. CORONER'S REPORT LISTS CAUSE OF DEATH AS: ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION" DUE TO ATHEROSCLEROTIC CORONARY ARTERY DISEAS
