Showing all 6Employee was walking back to the cab of the dozer when they slipped on fresh snow and fell, striking their head on the bulldozer.
Employee was picking up a full wheelbarrow in order to empty. As EE did EE twisted and strained lower back, aggravating a previous injury.
Employee was replacing a section of wear screen on a screen deck, he was on his knees and lifted the screen (approx 20lbs). When he extended his arms moving away from his body, he felt something pull in his back. He did not have any pain or discomfort until the following morning.
Two employees were lifting a rock and one employee lifted before the other was ready. The injured employee received a blood blister on his right middle finger and received 1st aid. On Monday 8/20/12 it was discovered that the injury had become infected. Wound was cleaned and treated with an antibiotic and employee returned to work.
Loader Operator stepped up on left front wheel (19" +/-) to wipe off the fender of a Caterpillar 980 Front End Loader. He lost his grip and fell to the ground landing on his right shoulder.
