EE was exiting the office and reaching to close the front door when another employee saw the door ajar and went to close the door. When the other employee closed the door EE's left middle finger and left ring finger pinched in the door and caused fracture of distal phalanx and finger lacerations with complication.

Employee was descending access steps on a Volvo A40E articulating end dump when he slipped using his right hand and arm to prevent a fall by catching himself. This resulted in a strain/sprain to his right shoulder requiring prescription medication for treatment.

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING OVERSIZED ROCK FROM CONVEYOR. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE ONE ROCK A SECOND ROCK STRUCK HIS THUMB.
EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO PRIME A 6" WATER PUMP WHEN HEAD PRESSURE BACKFLOWED INTO THE PUMP CAUSING HOT WATER & STEAM TO SPRAY OUT OF THE PRIMARY PORT AND ONTO THE EMPLOYEE.
EE WAS WASHING APON CYLINDER OF SCRAPER PAN WHEN TRACTOR OPERATOR MOVED TRACTOR CATCHING VICTIM BETWEEN PAN AND RETAINING WALL. THIS RESULTED IN BRUISING LEFT HIP OF VICTIM.
