EE climbed down the ladder of the 980g front end loader. When he reached the ground he turned and his knee gave out. There were no other objects or substances involved. It is my understanding that he was in a motorcycle accident several years ago and injured that knee.
EE turn off plant for end of day shift maintence. Another Ee proceeded to grease plant, while inj EE was greasing conveyor belt. Other EE turned belt back on, inj EE fell on pallet & bruised h is neck.
Employee drove pick-up truck into drainage ditch. Driver was going too fast. Passenger scraped his hand and bruised his hip/back. Passenger was examined at the emergency room at the local hospital the next day and released. Emergency room doctor advised employee to take Monday off from work and consult personal physcian if necessary. Passenger EE returned to work Wed.
