SLIP OR FALL OF PERSON
New Mexico Travertine Inc · Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)
Employee was on the walkway of the screen deck and slipped on oil that had leaked from a hose, twisting his left knee in the process. He was told by his dr., that it was a bad sprain & should heal within a few wks. After 3 wks, it was apparent that it was not healing and a follow up visit determined that the injury was a torn panaeta tendon.
