Miner using a crane to unload a skid steer from a trailer. Wind gust occurred while the operator was rotating the boom causing the boom to rotate outside of the Front-loading area. The crane tipped over. The operator was taken to the hospital for evaluation and released without treatment. EE had only minor muscle strains. The 15-ton mobile crane was not significantly damaged.

While trying to remove the bucket from the skid steer it dropped off the machine and injured the worker.
While Attempting to remove a rock from the Jaw, the chain being used broke and a piece hit a worker in the face.
Employee was on his knees shoveling out the 6-20's plant when he felt a pop in his right shoulder. He then became stiff & sore in his right shoulder, but finished out his shift (2 am). He was the only one shoveling at the time of injury.
