Co-worker and employee were performing maintenance on a chain saw. When co-worker started the chain saw it buckled, hit the building and it ricocheted off the building hitting the employee in the arm causing a wound.

HE TRIPPED WHILE CARRYING A SCREEN. (HE WAS CARRYING A SCREEN AND I HAD TOLD HIM TO BE VERY CAREFUL AND WATCH WHERE HE WAS WALKING AND NOT TRY TO CARRY THE SCREEN BY HIMSELF WHICH HE DID WHEN HE FELL.).
I WAS CLIMBING OFF THE FRONT ENDLOADER & MY FOOT SLIPPED. I REACHED FOR THE HANDRAIL BUT MY MOMENTUM HAD ME FALLING BACK & I LANDED ON A DIRT CLOD & TWISTED MY RIGHT ANKLE.
WAS GETTING ON TO THE SCRAPER AND BOOTS WERE MUDDY, SLIPPED ON TOP BAR AND HIT KNEES ON TOP BAR.
