Co-worker and employee were performing maintenance on a chain saw. When co-worker started the chain saw it buckled, hit the building and it ricocheted off the building hitting the employee in the arm causing a wound.
In shop grinding on air grinder. Had safety glassed on, but metal/dust got in right eye.

WAS GETTING ON TO THE SCRAPER AND BOOTS WERE MUDDY, SLIPPED ON TOP BAR AND HIT KNEES ON TOP BAR.
