Employee was shoveling dirt/dust from the bottom of a limestone block on the opposite side of the block that the saw was cutting. The blade had cut approx. 10" down when the employee brought shovel up under the saw blade. The blade extends approx 4" to the other side of the block (where employee was shoveling). Employee has a fracture and laceration.

Showing all 3Employee picked up hose to move to other side of tracks. When he tossed the hose over, he felt wire hit on his right ring finger & instead of letting go of the hose, he held onto the hose because he felt something pulling on his skin. After looking at the area he saw a piece of wire stuck into his right ring finger.
Employee was sitting in a parked truck with trailer attached when another truck with attached trailer hit him from the rear. Employee's left shoulder and forearm, left rib area and lower right arm were injured. Both haulers were empty.
