Pushing Heavy load down the rail and injured right shoulder

employee was chiseling stone with hammer and chisel and chisel slipped and EE hit EE's middle fingertip on left hand with hammer.

Rock rolled and smashed their right hand/fingers. split open finger and little finger.

Carrying a heavy stone, foot caught in a pallet. Started to fall and jerked to keep balance. Felt tearing pain in abdomen. Resulted in a hernia.

Moving a pallet with a walk behind forklift, was backing up and bumped into a table

Changing cutting edge on a skid steer bucket, Got fingers too close to a bolt and when the impact gun was activated it spun the bolt and cut 2 fingers on left hand.
