EE pulled his truck forward from the primary dump hopper to clear rock from feeder. Another EE saw him pull out and lost him in his mirror, assumed he turned right back into the pit and proceeded to back up to the hopper, when he struck the left front of EE's truck. EE was climbing down the ladder at the time, noticed the other EE backing up and jumped off out to the way.

EE was splicing a conveyor belt about 5 ft off of ground when come-along gear slipped and let his hand hit angle iron on conveyor frame. Injured his right little finger knuckle.
