Showing all 11EE was swinging sledge hammer when EE hit leg instead of wedge in granite.
Crane hook caught employee's shirt causing them to trip and fall. When they fell, leg hit outrigger. EE didn't go to the doctor until Monday, April 2, 2018 due to the fact they were hoping it would get better over time, but it actually became more sore and agitated as EE continued to be active on the leg. Hence the reason for the delay in seeking medical attention.
Employee stated he was manually raising the staff on the automatic burner & it came up and hit/cut his right index finger.
