Employee stated that he was riding 3-wheeler mantrip to #6 head when he decided to cross the track in a place he says he probably wasn't supposed to cross. He stated that he had to go really fast to cross there and when he hit the track it caused his head to bump top.

EE injured his toe as he ran from a scoop when its batteries started popping. He slipped & fell in the mud. He fell on the end of his boot which bent his toes back.
