Employee got off loader to help truck driver get 1200 lbs off truck. He mashed finger on tail gate.
Technician was holding the compressor wheel of a turbocharger with his bare hand, while he was using an air wrench to loosen the retaining nut. He could not hold the power of the air wrench and the edges of the wheel cut his hand.
High traffic area & employee was in blocked view of loader operator, standing on side of trunk. EE's right shoulder was hit by the corner of the front end loader.
Employee was in jaw digging loose rock that had the jaw bridged. A loose rock rolled down & struck his hand. Jaw was locked out & tagged out. Employee was wearing all safety gear.
Getting down off of loader his foot slipped off of bottom step. Foot landed on a rock.

WE WERE RUNNING SOME WET MATERIAL THROUGH PLANT & FINES WERE STICKING IN CHUTE THAT FEEDS #64 BELT. EMPLOYEE CLIMBED UP ON TAIL PULLEY GUARD TO CLEAN CHUTE WITH SHOVEL AND SHOVEL GOT TANGLED UP IN BELT # 64. EMPLOYEE REACHED UP TO FREE SHOVEL AND GOT HAND IN RETURN ROLLER.
EE asked driver of haul truck to turn wheels, when the driver did the mechanic was pinned between the front tires and frame of truck.
EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE SCRAP METAL PILE TRYING TO GET A PIECE OUT FROM UNDER ANOTHER ONE. ANOTHER PIECE OF METAL FELL AND CUT HIM ON RIGHT FOREARM. hAD TO HAVE 7 STITCHES.
