Crew was fully pre-tasked prior to start of shift. Two scrapers were operating in a push pull fashion. The lead scraper operator lowered the can into the dirt prior to the rear push scraper connecting and the lead scraper came to a full stop. Rear scraper hit the back of the lead scraper and lead scraper operator sustained a left shoulder strain.

Fire contained/extinguised, damage contained to belt & tank. Called MSHA @ 1:35p.m. to report fire out. Surface being salvaged by JB Gordon Construction.
