EMPLOYEES WERE CHANGING SCREENS, INJURED EE WAS STANDING ON 1" CONVEYOR BELT AND EE FOOT SLIPPED OFF AND TOE OF BOOT CAUGHT ON SCREEN. DID NOT HIT KNEE, BUT THE JOINT POPPED CAUSING PAIN. EE DID NOT FALL TO GROUND LEVEL, WHICH WAS STREET. NO ONE SAW EE FALL. NO EQUIPMENT WAS INVOLVED, JUST SLIPPED AND CAUGHT FOOT
