Employee was driving haul truck and claims to have hit some bumps which resulted in his leg going numb. He continued working without informing supervisor. He returned to work the next day, informed supervisor that leg was too painful to work, and was sent for medical treatment. Physician recommended physical therapy for muscle strain. Employee returned to work 8/9/2007.
