EE was cutting the head off of a bolt with the cutting torch. It dropped onto the belt. Co-worker informed him that the bolt head was beside him on the belt. He rolled over onto the hot bolt & it caught his pant leg on fire. His right calf was burned. He was taken for medical attention & received a skin graft. He didn't finish treatment or come back to work with us.
