Bit on the thumb by a coyote puppy. Sent EE to the hospital to get checked out. EE got rabbi shots and came back to work.

Winston Quarry Inc. · Struck by falling object

Intermittently using air gun and breaker bar. While using breaker bar the air gun slid and struck employee on bridge of foot, about an inch behind steel toe. Thought injury was just a strain or bruise, finally went to doctor on 7/19/11, got x-ray, found broken bone.
