Employee was bent over moving under a structure and stepped over a cross member when their forward knee gave out, causing a fall. Their rear foot became caught in the structure, and they heard a pop. A coworker provided first aid and notified a supervisor, who transported the employee for medical evaluation. Injury was a knee ligament separation from the bone.

EE NOT WEARING GLOVES DURING METAL CHUTE INSTALLATION
The miner was fabricating a metal chute using a torch and welder. As the miner was shifting the metal, the metal began to slide. The hot end of the metal came in contact with the miner's belly causing a small burn.
EMPLOYEE WAS SWINGING HAMMER, FELT STRAIN IN BACK.
Employee had climbed off of WA600 loader and with both feet on the ground turned to walk to shop and injured his knee.
