He was changing oil in PC450 Komatsu Excavator. He was standing beside engine when he went to pull down hood to close, hand slipped off causing him to fall backwards into ringer oil container, causing pain to his lower back.

Employee was replacing a brass bushing for the propeller shaft on the work boat using an 8 ton hydraulic jack. When he released the jack it slipped pinching his right hand index finger resulting in a cut requiring stitches.
EE entered engine area to grease dredge service pump. When entering EE sliped and his left hand came in contact with dredge exhaust. EE grabbed dredge exhaust to brace his fall.
As the ee was climbing the ladder, the ladder began to tilt backwards. He was trying to get off the ladder but was unable to do so. This resulted in the employee falling 4 ft and contacting a concrete floor.
