Operator was cleaning an elevator chute when the left hand, ring finger was caught between a bucket and the elevator chute frame resulting in a cut from the finger tip to the first knuckle on that finger.
Sprained knee
It was lightly raining and an employee slipped on the top of the steps and fell down 4 steps. While trying to catch self, employee twisted back.

The employee was hand stacking 50 pound clay bag, and when ee turned to place a bag on the pallet, ee felt a pain in their back.

He and his helper were attempting to lay a piece of catwalk in place and when he lifted his end to lay it on the support beam his helper pushed it into place before the employee moved his hand out of the way and his right hand was lacerated when pinned between the catwalk and support beam.
Employee stepped off the stacking platform onto the floor and lost his footing. In an effort to keep from falling, he grabbed the forklift which was parked nearby. He did keep from falling but he hurt his shoulder in the process.
Employee was assisting two other employees with the removal of a cleanout door on the discharge side of a 10" pump, in an attempt to unplug the line. They were not aware that there was a buildup of hot water and steam in the pipe behind the door. As he was removing the bolts, the door broke free and the sudden escape of steam and water burned the employee on the left forearm.
Maintenance workers were relocating the dredge pipeline and this employee was attempting to secure a lifting strap around the pipeline. He reached underwater to wrap the strap around the line and cut his right hand on a banding strap which holds the line to floats.
Employee was walking around a corner and hit his head on a low hanging brace
Employee was trying to locate a leak in the 8" vacuum line from the clay drum filters. When he ran his hand over the area of the pipe where he suspected the leak to be located, the vacuum sucked part of his left hand into a hole in the pipe. He subsequently pulled his hand out lacerating the middle finger of his left hand on the sharp edge of the rusty hole.
Employee was stepping onto the top of a hopper car to get clay sample and he hit his left shoulder on the handrail. He then lost his balance and grabbed the handrail with his left hand and felt a severe pain in his left shoulder.
