Operator was holding drill steel while wearing a rubber glove. Glove stuck to steel and twisted his left hand resulting in breaking his left pinky finger.
Employee had loaded concrete block in scoop bucket during the trip to face a block fell out of bucket and scoop ran over it, causing it to drop down suddenly.
