Individual operating scraper, traveling empty along mine floor, moved off track to allow truck traffic. Hit rough area causing EE to hit head against right and left side of cab, leaving EE unconscious. EE believes EE began to can down before hitting head, which stopped the scraper shortly after EE lost consciousness.

Employee was climbing down from operator compartment of a wheel loader when his foot on the ladder slipped. As a result he fell about 3 feet to the ground landing on his buttock and left hip. Weather conditions were sunny and dry. Employee is currently waiting for MRI test due to pain in back and legs.
