Employee was attempting to remove a hammer from the crusher. Employee was using a porto-power pump with hydraulic jack. As pressure was applied the jack slipped and made contact with right ring finger causing a laceration. Employee was transported to emergency room and was given pain medication, antibiotic and one stitch to the finger. Was released back.

Showing all 2Miner working on cattle guard outside of plant, dropped a crossbar on the ring finger. Later EE was working on housekeeping in the plant and cleaning rocks from the walkway of the crusher, was moving a rock which fell on EE's ring finger and pinned it against the metal toeboard and bent it backwards. Miner went to doctors office and said it was fractured and gave EE pain meds.
