Repairing chuck jaws in centralizer of drill. While tightening the chuck jaws EE closed the centralizer to put pressure on allen wrench and crushed EE's hand. The centralizer is hydraulic controlled. EE was trying to not strip the allen bolt.

Showing all 3NON-CHARGEABLE INCIDENT: EE did not feel well prior to work. Later in the morning the feeling of squeezing in throat & chest increased. After on-line research EE concluded it may be a heart attack. After discussion with co-worker, that person contacted 911. EE was transported to Auburn Faith. Diagnosis: Hyperventilation syndrome. *Non-industrial, personal medical condition.*
The site caretaker was found by a neighbor near front gate. EE was walking, incoherent and mumbling to self, apparently caused by a naturally occurring health related event. The neighbor contacted 911 and an ambulance took EE to the nearest hospital with a suspicion of a stroke.
